I couldn't believe that it is the end of the year already while I am writing this.
I believe this year has been a lot of letting go, shedding the skin, and shadow work for the completion of the chapter. Last month of the calendar year, we step into Sagittarius season, which will definitely make us feel more optimistic in general, as this is Sagittarius's nature. However, this Sagittarius energy will be activated through some square aspect, which might cause some friction even though now Saturn and Neptune are both going direct and are finally finishing up in Pisces. So, it will feel like you're starting to move things forward, and you get a call from the universe that there is something that needs to be fixed before you proceed.
December 4th: Gemini Full Moon - Final Full Moon of the Year
So this full moon is in Gemini, which, alongside a water grand trine formed by Jupiter, Saturn, and Mercury. The full moon is asking us to let go and complete. Gemini is a mind-oriented sign that is constantly thinking and communicating, always busy doing sth, this is being asked to have a pause. With its ruler still in Scorpio on this day, supported by Jupiter and Saturn, I feel that some deep, buried, or unprocessed feelings will be brought to the surface for you to acknowledge and process, allowing growth and healing to occur. I would suggest that this full moon will be a time for you to stop your busy mind and allow yourself to process those feelings that haven't been fully felt, so you can move forward without the baggage of the past.
December 9th: Mar Square Saturn + Uranus, Sextile Saturn and Neptune
As I am writing this, I have to laugh that this is a fall on my birthday with two malefic planets fighting each other, and luckily, it gets some support from Uranus, which, in a sense, can bring a lot of unexpected chaos in the dynamic. Mars is in Sagittarius, which will add more fire to what you do. Sagittarius is literally the fire horse, charged with Mars, and will be super energised energy that meeting Saturn's stop or reality check. Because Uranus is in the show so its unpredictable nature will bring something totally out of the blue that may lead you to feel frustrated or hit the wall, or there may be some sort of authority figure causing some form of friction on sth you are super enthusiastic about.
December 10th: Neptune Going Direct
Neptune is now finally heading off Pisces towards Aries. I would say it's been a long journey that has really shaken up a lot of people to reconnect to their spirituality. Neptune entered Pisces in 2011/2012. The final journey of Neptune through Pisces ends on January 26, 2026, after a brief re-entry on October 22, 2025. Neptune will begin a new cycle in Aries on January 26, 2026, and will stay there until 2039. This entire period (2011-2026) has been associated with a global rise in spirituality, creativity, and compassion, alongside challenges related to escapism and illusion. With this energy moving forward, I am feeling that if you have really dived deep into your own spiritual truth, then when Neptune moved into Aries, you are off to go channel the divine will. Or it will be a battle of beliefs within you need to be clarified, what is really true for you has to be questioned.
December 15th: Mars enters Capricorn.
Wherever Mars goes, two things will be expected, depending on how you manifested. First, you can expect your focus and energy is on the Capricorn area of your life, you will be more likely to get things done and structure what you are doing, as Capricorn is a high performer and achiever, and Mars in Capricorn is in its exaltation, which means it can manifest its highest potential here. So if you have any work-related project that needs some hard work or strategy, this is the right energy to use. However, the other side of the coin, when Mars is in Capricorn, I am feeling like an energy of conflict with an authoritarian figure will be expected, so be mindful of it.
December 20th New Moon in Sagittarius
New Moon in Sagittarius is a good start for us to set an intention for the Year of Fire Horse, as this will set up a very good tone for what is the year ahead of us. This New Moon is in the end of the degree of Sagittarius and square Neptune, I am feeling a spirituality or belief-related ending or battle needs to be cleared before you move forward. Like maybe an modality you have learned before, now you have to outgrow it to learn sth new. Sagittarius is a good energy to set intention with higher learning and travel. So if you want to start learn sth or moving abroad this is the best energy to make your order to the universe.
December 21st, Summer Solstice in the Southern Hemisphere
The Summer Solstice in the Southern Hemisphere coincides with the Sun entering Capricorn.
This Summer Solstice is always going to be a strong energy portal for new beginnings, and when it is so close to the new moon, which adds extra potency to it. Capricorn is about structure and strategy; if you have some intention of building a solid foundation for your career or relationship, this is the best energy to utilise. It's good for visioning and being clear about what you want rather than taking action.
I haven't covered the entire planet square with Saturn but I have to mention that's a general theme in this month that all personal planet square Saturn will add on a little bit of frustration in your forward movement but in general it will be much lighter compared to Scorpio season. Planting a seed of what you want to be solid in next year is the best way to end this calendar year.
